Public Training Courses

The following terms and conditions apply to our public training courses.

Fees

The fee for all courses includes course manual, refreshments and lunch and is subject to VAT at the current rate. The residential fee also includes breakfast, dinner and single room accommodation for the following number of nights:

• 2 day event – 1 night
• 3 day event – 2 nights
• 4 day event – 3 nights
• 5 day event – 4 nights

Course delegates are responsible for settling their own accounts directly with the hotel on check out for bar bills, newspapers, telephone calls, entertainment and any other personally incurred costs.

Payment

Payments shall be made by one of the following means no later than 14 days before the scheduled start of the course:

Via our website, please visit the appropriate public course page to make a booking. Mastercard, Visa, Delta, American Express or Switch are all accepted.

Cheque

Made payable to Gablesmead Limited.

A VAT invoice will be sent with joining instructions.

If payment is not received on time, Gablesmead reserves the right to refuse entry.

Substitution

A substitution of delegate may be made at any time before the start of the course at no additional charge. Gablesmead should be notified any substitution in advance.

Transfers

A delegate who has made a reservation and is then unable to attend, may transfer to a later course without additional charge, if the transfer request is received in writing more than 14 days before the start of the course. If the delegate subsequently cannot attend on the revised date and requests another transfer an additional fee of 10% will be charged.

Cancellations

Cancellation of a reservation must be notified to Gablesmead in writing. Any cancellation received less than 14 days before the start of the course will be charged at 50% of the course fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start of the course will be charged at the full fee. Substitutions will be accepted.

Gablesmead reserves the right to cancel a course or postpone a course in circumstances that are beyond its control. In such cases, delegates will be entitled to a full refund or free transfer to the next available course. Gablesmead cannot accept liability for any additional costs incurred.
